Armada Mezzanine elects Ari Bergman as the Chairman of the boardArmada Mezzanine Capital has elected Ari Bergman as its Chairman and a member of its Industrial Advisory Board. Previously, Ari acted as the Head of Investment Banking of Carnegie Finland for six years. Prior to that he served 14 years at Citigroup Investment Banking mainly in London, along with Helsinki, lastly as a Managing Director responsible for all investment banking products for the Finnish clients. Ari holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Turku.
