Mezzanine investment in Inmeta Crayon in NorwayArmada Mezzanine Fund III has provided mezzanine financing in support of Norvestor's acquisition of Inmeta Crayon ("Inmeta" or the "Company") from the Oslo stock exchange.
Inmeta is a leading licensing partner for a range of software manufacturers including Microsoft, Adobe, Symantec, Citrix, VMware, Oracle and IBM on the Nordic market. The Company also provides advisory services as add-on offering to the software licensing business. Inmeta had a total turnover of approximately NOK 1.7bn in 2011, approximately 450 employees and 13 offices located in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Germany.
